Kinjal Chheda

An Industrial and Organizational Psychology enthusiast, Kinjal is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Colorado State University. She places a focus on bringing greater inclusion and safety to workplaces. She is a proactive and a determined learner who also has experience with external consulting in job architecture, employee selection, and training. She wrote her Masters thesis on the effects of mindfulness on creativity, workload, and innovation, and she also focused on metric analysis post-data collection.
