Anakha loves to create experiences that bring us back into relationship with ourselves, each other – with eros and soul. Her life seems to be about understanding and healing the root causes of disconnection.

She lives, plays and works at the intersection of creativity, leadership, culture and celebration. This is where she feels most true and alive.

Anakha is a global leadership and culture development strategist and consultant working and playing at the intersection of leadership, culture and DEI. She brings an emergent and revolutionary approach to creating embodied and sustainable change with her clients and colleagues.  She’s worked and learned with some amazing people and companies including: Intel, Zappos, Amazon, The Gates Foundation, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Nike, and McCain Foods.

Anakha holds a master’s in organizational psychology and leadership development, a Master’s in divinity, and a professional certificate in spirituality, health and medicine. She is a certified embodiment and mindfulness practitioner, an Unpack Biases Now facilitator, and has played a large role in the development of Source Wellness' 8-week DEIMW program which is designed to teach the crucial intersection of Mindfulness and DEI.

She loves painting, having her hands in clay, mountain biking, road trips, paddling on the Sea of Cortez, dancing, cooking, country music, driving on dirt roads and tacos. Anakha makes her home in Bend, Oregon on land belonging to the Wasco, Northern Paiute and Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. and in Loreto, Baja California Sur on land belonging to the Monqui people.
